Shipping & Handling
In-Stock Orders:
Orders that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items will ship within 2 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. Please note that we cannot control manufacturer or supplier delays. Orders containing pre-order items will only ship once all items are in stock. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Packaging:
All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Minor wear on sealed product packaging (such as small dents or creases) may occur during transit and does not affect the contents inside.
Transit Times:
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping provider.
Taxes & Duties:
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
Cancellations:
All order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Damages & Claims:
Any issues with damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photo and/or video evidence showing the package, shipping label, merchandise, and packing slip. Once received, we will review and work toward a resolution.
