All Sales Final

Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled. We secure inventory specifically to fulfill these orders.
Pre-orders will ship only when all items in the order are available. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Order Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved before processing, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Pricing Policy

Prices are locked in at the time of purchase due to market fluctuations. We do not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lucky Hits Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for tracking shipments and ensuring secure delivery. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier and/or local authorities.

Damages & Claims

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photo and/or video evidence of:

  • The shipping box
  • Shipping label
  • Damaged item(s)
  • Packing materials and packing slip

We will review your claim and work toward a resolution once all required information is received.

Policy Updates

Lucky Hits Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. By placing an order, you agree to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
