    We guarantee that all products sold on our store are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. Every item is handled with care, and we do not sell resealed or tampered products.     At Lucky Hits Inc., all sales are considered final due to the collectible nature of trading card products. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

    Pre-orders are also final and cannot be canceled, as inventory is secured specifically for fulfillment. Pre-order items will ship once all products in the order are available. If you would like in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

    If a cancellation is approved before processing, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Prices are locked at the time of purchase and cannot be adjusted after checkout due to market fluctuations.
